Hm... my account was deleted..

And Gragss, the best way to join, is to pop down one evening (if its Glenrothes I believe its still Mondays and Thursdays 6:30pm-9pm) and have a chat with Flying Officer Moonlight (sorry if ranks wrong) or one of the other staff, who can help you.
It will also give you a chance to see what sort of things go on at the squadron, and how you might fit in.

Good Luck, and I hope its everything you were looking for

Mach 08
This years Mach took place at RAF Aldergrove, Northern Ireland. Unfortunately some modules had to be cancelled due to lack of staff. Cadets represented our squadron throughout the four weeks and enjoyed the experience.
Cadets participated in modules such as DoE, shooting and fieldcraft, first aid and media amongst beautiful surroundings. They also were given a flight in the Grob Tutor and some were lucky enough to fly in a Puma Helicopter!
Everyone agreed the food was excellent. We were given three course dinners every night, cooked lunches and hot breakfasts all finished to high standards. Amazingly no-one even complained about the packed lunches!
The cadets were given a trip to visit the Giants causeway and the famous Carrick–A–Rede rope bridge. They marvelled at the beautiful views.

This was definitely one of the best summer camps and hopefully next years will be even better!

REFLECTIONS ON CAMP

Cdt J Cranmer - ‘This was my first camp, I really enjoyed it, had a great laugh and made new friends. I’d definitely go back!’

Flt Sgt A Pearson - ‘It was brilliant to see different areas of Ireland on our cultural visits. Overall the camp was good!’

Cpl M Mack – ‘Camp was very good. I enjoyed it because it was my first time away as corporal’

Cdt S Harley - ‘It was awesome, learnt some new skills and made loads of cool friends!’
